Contest

Terms and Conditions of Guess & WIN Contest:

  1. This TRAPO Guess & Win Contest (“Contest”) is organised by TRAPO Marketing Sdn Bhd (1294179-D) (“TRAPO”). This Campaign will commence from (“Contest Period”). TRAPO reserves the right to change any of the Contest Period at any time without notice to Participant.
  2. This Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above.
  3. Permanent and/or contract employees of Organiser and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) and/or Advertising & promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with this Contest shall not be eligible to participate in this contest.
  4. This Contest will run 10 June 2019 from “00:00:00” to “23:59:59”.
  5. Participants must follow the steps below as valid entry in the Contest:

Step 1: LIKE our TRAPO Malaysia Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/trapomalaysia/).

Step 2: Guess the car model & share your wishes of TRAPO 3rd Year Anniversary below the post.

Step 3: Tag your 3 friends & WIN.

  1. Winners will be selected based on criteria determined by TRAPO in its sole and absolute discretion.
  2. A total of five (5) winners will be selected.
  3. Winners announcement will be made on 11 June 2019 in TRAPO Malaysia Facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/trapomalaysia/).
  4. We will notify the winner via private message on the Contest Page (“Notification”). In the Notification, we may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prizes.
  5. The winner is responsible to respond to the Notification and provide their details (full name, date of birth, contact number, mailing address & e-mail address) within seven (7) working days from the date of Notification. Failure to do so, prizes shall be forfeited or disposed of at the discretion of TRAPO.
  6. TRAPO reserves the right to disqualify or reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any participants and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the Contest.
  7. All the winners will be rewarded with three (3) pieces of Shopee Gift Vouchers worth RM300.
  8. Prize(s) color may vary from the illustrated photo(s), depending on the computer /devices screen resolutions.
  9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and/or exchangeable, including color options. Prizes are subject to availability and TRAPO reserve the right to substitute any prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  10. The participant agrees and provides consent to TRAPO to the use of any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this event in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by TRAPO for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this event including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this event. Notwithstanding the above, participants are required to read, acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy stated in TRAPO online store website.
  11. By participating in this event, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this event and TRAPO’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. TRAPO reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this event.
  12. TRAPO assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
  13. If participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this contest, TRAPO reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
  14. This contest and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.
  15. TRAPO reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this contest or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
