Question 1

What is TRAPO CLASSIC

Accepted Answer

TRAPO CLASSIC is our custom-fit car mat line, cut to the exact floor shape of your make, model and year. It offers enhanced durability and a premium finish over the entry-level range, and is made from waterproof material so water, mud and spills never reach your car floor.

Question 2

How To Shop

Accepted Answer

Search for your car by make, model and year, or browse the collections from the menu. On the product page, choose your mat type, colours and package, then add to cart and check out. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Question 3

What If My Car Model Is Not In The List?

Accepted Answer

Email us at cscommercial.my@trapo.asia with your make, model, year and variant. Many models can still be produced to order even when they are not listed on the site.

Question 4

Can I Add Items To An Existing Order?

Accepted Answer

Items cannot be added to an order once it has been placed. Please place a separate order, or email cscommercial.my@trapo.asia with both order numbers before dispatch and we will try to combine the shipment.

Question 5

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact cscommercial.my@trapo.asia as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellations are refunded as Trapo Loyalty Points credited to your account.

Question 6

How Do I Know If An Item Fits My Car?

Accepted Answer

Use the vehicle search and select your make, model and year — the mats shown are cut for that specific vehicle. Where a model has several configurations (body style, seat count, hybrid/non-hybrid, facelift), pick the matching configuration so the set fits exactly.

Question 7

What Can I Do After Washed The Mat?

Accepted Answer

Rinse the mat with water and, for stubborn dirt, use mild soap and a soft brush. Let it air dry completely before putting it back in the car — placing a damp mat on the car floor can trap moisture underneath.

Question 8

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Standard Mat?

Accepted Answer

Allow 5 days for us to prepare your TRAPO before it is sent off. After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 5-9 working days for West Malaysia and 7-12 working days for East Malaysia.

Question 9

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Custom Mat?

Accepted Answer

Every TRAPO car mat is tailor-made for your vehicle, so the same timeline applies: 5 days of preparation, then approximately 5-9 working days for West Malaysia or 7-12 working days for East Malaysia.

Question 10

Has My Order Been Dispatched Yet?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order reaches the carrier. You can follow it from there, or track it from the Track Your Order page using the tracking number in that email.

Question 11

Can I Change My Delivery Address After My Order Has Been Dispatched?

Accepted Answer

No — we are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched. If the order has not yet shipped, email cscommercial.my@trapo.asia with your order number and the new address.

Question 12

Do You Deliver To Work Addresses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use any address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, as a signature may be required on receipt.

Question 13

Do You Deliver To PO BOX Addresses?

Accepted Answer

No. Our couriers deliver to a physical street address and a signature may be required on receipt, so a PO Box cannot be used.

Question 14

Will I Be Charged Customs And Import Charges?

Accepted Answer

There are no customs or import charges on deliveries within Malaysia. For international deliveries, any duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility — we are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance. Contact cscommercial.my@trapo.asia before ordering from outside Malaysia.

Question 15

What Happens If I Am Out When You Deliver?

Accepted Answer

The carrier will leave a notification card explaining how to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel from the nearest delivery office.

Accepted Answer

You can return any item within 7 days of receipt.

Question 20

How Do I Return An Item?

Accepted Answer

Email cscommercial.my@trapo.asia with your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be unused, clean, not cut into any shape, with all tags attached and in their original packaging — everything is inspected on arrival and anything in unsuitable condition is sent back. The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility and the original shipping cost is not refundable, except where we sent the wrong product, car model or edge combination. Send returns to: TRAPO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., Lot 2, Jalan Industri 6, Kawasan Perindustrian Alor Gajah, 78000 Alor Gajah, Melaka.

Question 27

How Do I Change My Account Details?

Accepted Answer

Log in and open your account, where you can update your profile details and address book.

Question 28

What Do I Do If I Have Forgotten My Password?

Our accounts sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password to remember or reset. Just enter the email address used on your order.

Question 29

Is My Personal Information Kept Private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your details are used only to process your order and provide support, and are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information.

Question 30

I Can't Sign Into My Account

Accepted Answer

Check that you are using the email address from your order and look in your spam folder for the sign-in code. Codes expire after a short time — request a new one if it has lapsed.

Question 31

I Still Can't Sign Into My Account/Empty Shopping Cart

Accepted Answer

Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser or a private window — a stale session is the usual cause of an empty cart. If it persists, email cscommercial.my@trapo.asia.

Question 32

Is It Safe To Order Online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are processed by the payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

Question 33

My Payment Has Been Declined

Accepted Answer

Declines usually come from the bank rather than from us: check the card details and billing address, that the card has not expired, and that online or overseas transactions are enabled. If it still fails, try another payment method or contact your bank, then email cscommercial.my@trapo.asia if you need help completing the order.
